Wine Jelly FAQs

Does it really taste like wine?

Absolutely—it sure does! Our wine jellies capture the unique character, flavor, and aroma of the wines they’re crafted from, creating a truly one-of-a-kind gourmet experience.

Do you really make this yourselves?

Yes, we do! Every batch of Rustic Orchard Wine Jelly is handcrafted in small batches right here in our kitchen using traditional methods, simple ingredients, and a whole lot of care.

Why is my wine jelly softer than traditional jam?

Because it’s jelly—and jelly is meant to have a softer, more delicate texture. As the saying goes, “Must be jelly, because jam don’t shake like that!”

Our jellies are designed to have a smooth, spreadable consistency while still holding their shape beautifully.

Mine looks a little more liquid than expected—is that normal?

Yes, completely normal. Since our jellies are made in small, handcrafted batches rather than mass-produced, each batch may set a little differently. Some jars may take a little extra time to reach their final consistency.

Should I refrigerate it to help it firm up?

No refrigeration needed. In fact, refrigeration can slow the natural setting process. Simply store your unopened jar in a cool, dry place and give it a little time—patience works best.

What’s your favorite flavor?

That’s always a tough choice—but Syrah and Rosé remain farm favorites around here. Of course, we encourage a little taste testing of your own.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we do! We love partnering with specialty shops, gift stores, wineries, and gourmet markets. Please contact us for wholesale information.
